Hello Franck, you can edit the terminal name in the NFC Kiosk App by going to the Config menu (tap-and-hold and select Config from drop-down).  The top field is the Name and the bottom field is the Message.

In order for scan to be registered, you need to be connected to be looking at the event leaderboard and need to have configured this same event in the NFC Kiosk app.  You can also check the Config menu (as mentioned above) to make sure that you are connected to the event – indicated by green button and “Connected to ws://youreventname.flomio.com:80/terminals/websocket”
