Hey Tomson, the audio port cable needs to be a 4 poll 3.5 mm male to female cable. The ACR35 status LED can be turned on by inserting any audio jack cable so may be giving you a false sense of operation even if you don’t have the right 4 poll cable. The length of the cable may be a factor as well. We have only successfully tested this setup with up to 3ft cables, but ideally 24in is best.
