It looks like they are ignoring you like they are me.

It is a disgrace to sell a non working device and then not offer a refund.

Even their great new product is nothing but smoke and mirrors at this point.

Hi pelase update me and you have to do a partial shipment for items exept FloJack

Order #1723 was placed on February 20, 2013 and is currently on-hold.
If not, i need to take other acctions.

Hi Lars, we don’t support splitting up orders. It’s a software issue and logistical nightmare. You can place another order if you’d like in the meantime.

Refund on my FloJack pre-order

In summary, the current options we offer are 1) receive a FloJack or 2) wait for a FloBLE. By default we assume customers want options 2, if you rather option 1, please indicate so on this thread and we will ship our your order immediately.
