Hey there Eitan,

The reason your order is classified as “On Hold” is because it’s a preorder. Once we’ve got preorders shipping, your order status will switch to “Processing” and then “Completed.”

Do you have any ETA? I placed this order in August, and I would really appreciate a realistic time frame that would help me with product planning.

At this time I don’t have a firm ETA but I can tell you we’re getting through the KickStarter orders at a constant rate.
