Hi guys,

I ordered my products over two weeks ago using Priority post and still have yet to receive them. I checked the tracking number you sent me, but the location field is blank, and the status is they’ve received the electronic order…

I really need this ASAP, as this is a very time sensitive order, (hence the priority post). If you could give me a proper ETA on when I can expect this, I would be ever so grateful.

Hey Dave,

Your packages were held at the Post Office. I repackaged them and will be shipping them out again today. As far as an ETA, that all depends on customs but it shouldn’t be longer than a week (priority).
