Hi Sergei, we take 5 business days to process orders. Shipment to Russia will be apporx 6-10 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order ships. I estimate this will be today.

Got a letter on my e-mail about my order #53814 returned to you.
The address was correct, the service of sending the shipment has been chosen and paid for international.
Now I don’t need your devices – give me back my money.

Hi Sergey, we’re sorry for the inconvenience. We shipped your order to the address you requested with the following shipping label:

We can issue you a refund for the cost of the items but will need to deduct the costs of shipping and handling which was $30.60. I will escalate this to a PayPal claim in order to resolve that.
