Hi, we have made an order on 21 Jan and the status is still in the processing. Can you help to follow up on this and assist to expedite the shipping as we need the item urgently.
And is there anyway I can check the shipping status?

Hi Edison, we’ve are indeed still processing your order but it should go out today. You will receive a confirmation email titles “Order Completed” that will include tracking information.
We tell customers it takes us 5 business days to handle orders before shipping even though most often it’s less than that. The the case of your order we were delayed because of less than optimal quality checking from our factory. We hope to improve and beat your expectations on your next order.
