I have a Flojack BZR and I am looking forward reading NFC cards. I had already tried to follow the setup instructions and the app provided by appStore does not recognize my NFC reader. I also tried to tried to create a project from scratch and follow the tutorial thread of the forum (setup the code and embedded the flomioSDK 2.0). For this example project, I implemented some delegates and everything seems to be ok until the delegate didReceiveReadError is called.
Error details:
“NSLocalizedFailureReason”: “Could not establish communication with tag”.
“NSLocalizedRecoverySuggestion”: “Internal problem with readers driver”.
After that, I tried to update the reader firmware but I always get an error on instruction 134. Could anybody help me to figure out how to get a working example?
Thanks,
Carla,
NFC actions is not for FloJack BZR. We are developing an app for users to test the SDK, but it is still in beta. If you want to try it out, you can send us your Apple ID, and we can add you to the beta list.
For a getting started guide for the SDK (iOS) I would suggest to follow the steps on this video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8eHiDchbbJg
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Daniel
Hi Daniel,
If the FloJack BZR is not for NFC actions, which kind of tag does it read?
And which is the model for NFC actions?
Thanks,
Carla
Hi Carla, the NFC Actions app is still under development for working with our latest set of reader (like the BZR). More info on that here.
best,
Richard
