Hi Flomio,

When tracking this order I am told the package is being held due to payment of charges and that the addressee is being informed. Please can you rectify this ASAP so that delivery can take place.

Hi Paul, you have to contact your local customs agent and pay import duties on your order. Then they will release the shipment to you. Use you tracking information when contacting them:
