Hi,
I received an email saying the order is complete, does this mean I can pick it up at your Miami address?

Yes, any order placed with “Local Pickup” shipping options needs to be picked up at our office address once order processing is complete. You order has been sitting in our staging area and waiting for you to come by to collect it.

yup, it’s sitting on the mailbox with your name on it… Use callbox to dial 03 (Richard Grundy) and I’ll open up so you can fetch it.
