My order status is “complete” and I have received a tracking number, but USPS shows the status as “pre-shipment.” What is the usual wait time for the item to be shipped? Thanks

Hi Robert, takes a day to refresh on the USPS tracking system. You should have the package by tomorrow since you’re in Miami. Next time you can pick up at our office if that’s more convenient.

FYI, I’m in Milwaukee, WI. As of now the USPS site still shows the package as”pre-shipment”. Hopefully you’re right and the status will change sometime today.

Oops, I mistook you for another customer with a similar name. Sorry for the confusion, I double checked your order and indeed we only dropped it off to the postman yesterday so should refresh status later today.
