Hi,

I bought ACR1255U-J1, I’m able to connect, authenticate and read NFC card id but I don’t know how to read other data.
I used ACS Smart Access iOS app to create new card, I saved Name, Organisation and position but I don’t know what APDU command I need to transfer to the reader to get the data back.

Is this something you can help me with, please?

Hi Greg, you’ll need to follow the ISO7816 specification in order to commonly interact with smartcards like NFC tags. For custom commands you’ll need to consult the NFC tag chip spec sheet and use what’s called a PCSC Transparent Exchange for that.

The other option is the use the Flomio SDK and our more straight forward read and write commands to access data on tags.

I can’t get this to pair Wirth NFC Ideas app…..no instructions came with this to even pair it. Can you please send me a test app (an earlier thread)? Thanks
