We placed an order last week that needed to be expressed to Aus as we have an activation on the 1st of July for the devices. Our team hasn’t got any response via email enquiry if the order has even shipped yet. But if not I hoping it was possible to cancel and refund the order as there is no use if the order does not arrive by the 30th of June.
