Hi Team,
I cant get my ACR device to connect to my iphone via bluetooth? My phone is just not seeing it? Any advice?

Order #60973 SN RR330-004136 – have you registered both the devices?

Hi Colette, yes both devices have been registered from that order. It’s important to realize that the Flomio SDK requires connectivity to validate the reader is licensed for use. If connectivity is not available during the instantiation of the Flomio SDK in your app, then an error conditions is reported. Have you reviewed your app error logs to reveal if this is your issue?
