ACS 1255U – J1 Authentication failed

I have bought a new device and when I try to connect with my app it shows Authentication failed. message

I have also tried with the official app of ACS android it also shows the same message 🙁

I have tried to contact ACS no one is replying there (Or please provide me a link to contact them).

Please help me to rest its master key or provide a tool to do that

I have tried almost everything in web but doesn’t get any solution

Please please help

Hi Prashant, where did you purchase your reader from? You may be interested in the Flomio SDK which will allow you to connect and manage readers purchase through our site.
