Hi there,
is there a possibility to use a device as the raw data nfc copier? I mean to copy and save the data and then to copy the data to another tag?
Yes, the Flojack is capable of reading data blocks off of NFC Forum Type 2 tags and writing that data to other similar tags. You can check out the FloJack SDK to get an idea of all the commands you can issue.
It is possible unless the NFC codes is protected and read only format. Anyway, not so familiar but at least I have some basic idea, which I also understand that it is only limited to unprotected/unsecured NFC tags.

In some aspects like for TAP banking that uses NFC, they use superscript code and encrypt in very secure manner, and only reads with NFC reader only the signature identity of the bank and account holder, in this case they are hard to merge in some tags.
