Hi Flomio Team,
I have some issues with getting this thing going on Android.
Tried to follow the instructions and adding the lib.aar file and the adjusting the build.gradle file, but I can’t get it to work.I am getting this error:
* What went wrong:
A problem occurred evaluating root project ‘android’.
> Could not find method compile() for arguments [{name=libsdkclasses,
ext=aar}] on
org.gradle.api.internal.artifacts.dsl.dependencies.DefaultDependencyHandler_Decorated@5b6d3d58.Can you please help me.
Thanks in advance.
Cheers
NicoOctober 26, 2016 at 9:25 am #57081some more info:
When removing the created ReadersActivity.java file, I am able to build the app on my Android device. But now it tells me thisUncaught ReferenceError: flomioPlugin is not defined
Did I put sth in the wrong folder?
It is currently under
.meteor/local/cordova-build/platforms/android/libs/libssdkclasses.aarThe Android version I am testing it with is 5.0 and it is a Acer One Tablet.
I tried the TestApp.apk and that works just fine. With iOS it works fine too. So it is probably somewhere on the way I am doing sth. wrong.
If you need more information just contact me.

October 26, 2016 at 11:21 am #57085One more thing I should probably be mentioning, I am using cordova with Meteor.
October 27, 2016 at 7:35 am #57093Another update on this:
I found out that for Android the global Value is:
floPlugin. instead of flomioPlugin.Using this I can at lease access the functions, but then I get the following Error in the terminal:
android:http://localhost:12448/plugins/com.flomio.sdk/www/FlomioPlugin.js:34) ERROR: FlomioPlugin.selectDeviceType: Invalid action
I keep you posted. Please have a look too and let me know whats going wrong here.
Thank you.- This reply was modified 8 years ago by Nicolas.
November 3, 2016 at 2:14 am #57154Hey Nico, sorry for the delay in answering here. Still having issues with this? We are working on a refactoring of the Flomio SDK on Android and wanted to take the time to wrap the Cordova plugin properly to address your needs. Can you post your current blocking issue on GitHub here??
thanks,
