Anti-metal NFC Magicstrap

Hello!
Planned mass production of 14 and 18 carat gold products with buillded nfc taggs.
I think addition of ferrite material is what needed to work on the gold surface.
What I shoud do to to make the order modified Magicstrap NFC tag?

Hi Alexandr,
Murata does not sell ferrite backed versions of its MAGICSTRAP product. The performance of these very small products with a ferrite backing would greatly depend on the type of reader and reader antenna that are used and the area of the metal underneath MAGICSTRAP. I recommend you first try to use MAGICSTRAP directly attached to the metallic surface but “upside down”, i.e. with the white face up, away from the metal, and see if the performance is satisfactory.
