Which app do I need if the NFC Actions app is not working for flojack MSR?

You need to use the Flomio MW test app.

Thank you for your help, Scott!
I installed the app and the Flojack MSR is connected! perfect!
But how can I write/scan a tag now?
I can just see the Device Details in this app…
