Hi Richard,
It’s weird that a few weeks after installing the NFC Kiosk Android app on my Note 2, the photographer mode seems not to be working. What happens is that, on click, the camera opens, i take the pic and the “SCAN TAG” area never pops up. Instead, the app seems to relaunch and log-in afresh. How do i fix this?
Is it an issue with the application or my device as the other modules seem to work perfectly! HELP!!!
Hey Muriuki, it’s likely the issue is with the cloud system and not the Android app. I won’t be able to look into this for a couple weeks however. Something to try is to create a new event and log in with that instead. I haven’t heard of any other customers experiencing this issue and I can’t reproduce it myself on my Nexus 7.
Keep me posted on what more information you can find.. make sure the device has web access and that the SDcard drive has space to capture images. Maybe you’ve exhausted the local storage and that’s why the app is failing to store and push the captures. I’ll see if I can come up with more ideas and post them later.
