Hi,
Yesterday I have tried my new ACR 1255, for the first hours it was working fine, but at the end of day the android app started to return “Authentication Failed!” error.
So, I have tried to update the firmware using ACR1255U-J1-FlashTool, but I receive always “Error” message when I start to update the firmware. I have tried all possible drivers and I have also tried with: Win 10, Win 7 and Win XP.
Please help me to find a fix

Hi Franscesco, please provide your order number for us to best support you. Also what Android app are you using? Keep in mind that there are several apps out there that work with the ACR1255U-J1 that are not built by us.

Hi,
I’m using the “Demo App” present in the package: “Android EVK” that can be downloaded on this page: https://www.acs.com.hk/en/products/403/acr1255u-j1-secure-bluetooth%C2%AE-nfc-reader/

For the first hours the device works correctly, but now it stop working. I’m not able to associate the device also with the “ACS Bluetooth Device Management Tool”.

I think that I have same memory corruption.
