Hi Florian, because of the nature of our pre-order business, we can’t honor full refunds at this time. We’ve invested heavily in the design, development, production, and shipment of the products you pre-ordered and if we had to pay out refunds we would not have a business. What we can do is give you store credit. So if you would like to swap out items in place of other items on our store, please send an email to sales at flomio dot com with your original order number and the items you wish to swap. Keep in mind that you must choose a replacement item of equal or lesser value and whatever difference is left on your order is absorbed to manage the procedure.
