Cannot get FloMio to detect reader

Hello,

I just received my FloMio card reader and I am not sure what application I should be using on my iPad in order read and write with the device. I ordered a FloMio BZR an have download the NFC Actions app and the ACS mobile mate and I cannot see where either app is detecting the reader.

Any help or advice is greatly appreciated

Hi Mark, the application that we have for the FloJack BZR sanity testing is available through TestFlight. You can register to download the latest release from here:

http://flomio-mw.herokuapp.com

Once downloaded, you can launch it on your iPad, connect the BZR to the audio port and select FloJack BZR from the menu. The reader should connect and register tag scans on screen. Let us know if you have issues.
