Can't connect to FloBLE EMV

Hi,

We recently purchased a FloBLE EMV reader however we cannot get it to connect to the Flomio test Application which we downloaded from the Play store (Flomio Test V 1.0.0 (13))

We have tried using 2 versions of Android (Marshmallow and Oreo) however the device is not picked up on either version.

Is there any other process we need to perform to connect to this device?
