Card reader not detected

I have a Flowjack BZR which im trying to use on my iPhone6+. I have downloaded the ACS MobileMate and the unit is fully charged.

When I plug the unit into the phone it beeps and the led flashes red once.

The phone dislays an error message ‘the reader is not responding’

When I unplug the unit i get the warning ‘reader removed. please connect ACR3x reader’.

Please help !

Hi Martin, the BZR is not compatible with the ACS MobileMate application. You need to use the Flomio Test app. I have shared this app via TestFlight to your email on file. Please install it and select “FloJack BZR” form the menu to begin operation of the unit your purchased.
