Device not registered ?

I got 2 devices one flojack MSR and one flojack BZR
The flojack MSR works but doesn’t beep (maybe it’s normal ?)

And the flojack bzr doesn’t work at all and I think he does’nt register itself because I got this in the logs:

I don’t know how to get the BZR device id ?

Hi Clement, the MSR doesn’t have an on board buzzer so won’t make a sound on scan. This can be done using our SDK by enabling the scan sound option.

To get the BZR device id you will need to use the Flomio MW test application shared through TestFlight. I have sent you an invite to the email address on your account. Let me know if you have issues.

Hi thanks for the quick response !

So for my MSR what you sent me is working and i can scan my tags but no sound even with the scan sound on (id: 378ECC5402518924)

but the BZR is not appearing in the list (even if it’s light is on)

Make sure your device volume is raised to max and try unplugging/replugging device in a few times until discovered. Further details/support here.
