Hi Yaser, sorry for the issue with your order. Shortly after receiving your order we realized we were out of stock of the 3.2mm version of the Magicstrap. We could order more from the manufacturer but we haven’t gotten good feedback from customers about that product since the 8.3mm version is much better. So in order to save on support costs we decided to discontinue the 3.2mm version. We sent you 8.3mm versions instead hoping that you would welcome more of the larger size. I apologize for making the wrong assumption and not notifying you about the problem with your order ahead of time. We can refund you the $25 for the 3.2mm product, just send us the Paypal address which to make payment to info at flomio dot com.
