What is the difference between the FloJack: NFC Reader for iOS & Android and ACR35: MagStripe and NFC Reader in one.
I need to make an application of “domestic” payments in my store. What do you recommend?
It would be for IOS.
Thank you so much.December 15, 2015 at 9:38 am #54035Hi Martin
The hardware is the same for both readers. FloJack includes a free license key to our Flomio SDK Basic software. The Basic SDK works online and requires an internet connection, the Pro SDK works offline. Please note that the current versions of Flomio SDK’s do not support the mag stripe reader. We recommend the FloJack to take advantage of our SDK and greatly reduce the amount of work required to get your app running. We do offer app development services as well. let us know if you’re interested in a custom app.

December 15, 2015 at 9:50 am #54036Often working in places with no Internet access or poor signal coverage, if ordered the FloJack: NFC Reader for iOS & Android in the basic version works?
What I need is, perform an internal app payments for private parties.December 15, 2015 at 10:08 am #54038The Pro version will work without an internet connection. Do you want to accept credit card payments directly or use a credit system where a guest buys credits that are stored on an NFC card?
December 15, 2015 at 10:12 am #54039No credit cards, we use NFC cards and each person has a credit loaded into a database, which is then consumed at the party.
What I have to do is just read the NFC ID card and then compare it to the DB.December 15, 2015 at 12:39 pm #54040OK, the FloJack with the Flomio Pro SDK will work for your application. We can also supply cards for your application see our NFC Action Cards here.

December 16, 2015 at 8:03 am #54045I am from Argentina. If I order today, how long it takes approximately?
And what is the shipping cost?December 16, 2015 at 8:30 am #54046Hi Martin, shipping internationally takes 6-10 business days on average. We are currently out of stock of FloJacks until January 2, 2016 so estimate to receive your order by the 15th if you place it now. Shipping cost for international orders is $30.60.
thanks,
RichardDecember 16, 2015 at 8:51 am #54047I need to be the pro version for my project? as it would be a test.
December 16, 2015 at 8:55 am #54048As Jim indicated the Pro version works offline whereas the Basic version requires internet connectivity (it checks with our servers on every session). You can choose what best suits your needs.
