I get FloBLE project for iOS from https://github.com/flomio/flomio_ios/tree/master/FloBLE and try to build and run it without luck. Look like it’s just a part of another project or workspace. It’s any descriptions available how to setup project correctly?
The FloBLE driver is still in development and requires the FloBLE device to be tested. What were you intending to accomplish? To just get the project setup and build or to actually run it?
Happy to help get you going but not sure the best approach.
Hi Richard. Thank for quick respond. Get actual device under consideration. I would like to setup and build iOS project first without errors and warnings. Then I will look how hard to implement all my needs. Thanks.
Ok. The current working FloBLE driver has been integrated with the FloJack codebase in the FloJack directory of the flomio_ios repo. Files FloBLEUart.m and FloBLEUart.h. If you load the FloJack.xcodeproj you should be able to build it. That said, this project was an experiment in getting the FloBLE driver working and we are now implementing a clean, well documented, and well tested version in a private repo. We are planning to release it on December 1, 2014. More details on this related post.
Hi Richard. Thanks for the hint, I make it work. Now I have to make it work with actual hardware. My company already get one of FloBLE. When did you planning release new version iOS project how you described above? Thanks.
Hey Dmitri, we were set back by some delicious turkey last week so hoping to get the SDK published this week. For reference, what was the order # for the FloBLE you have? It helps us track the support effort on these devices.
