FloBLE Noir suitable for access control

I want to see if this product will be suitable for my needs. I have an existing software, and want to add access control to it.

The idea is that my customers will have my app, which will connect to my software on the cloud, and as they access the door, they system will open either automatically, or by pressing open on the app.

Hi Fazz, the FloBLE Noir is a functional reader that can do basic NFC functions. It doesn’t support the VAS protocol, however, so it wouldn’t be able to read NFC passes from Apple or Google Wallet. NFC passes are the only broadly available NFC Card Emulation option available to authenticate mobile phone users. Was that how you were trying to do??
