FloBLE Plus not working

Hi,

I have bought the FloBLE Plus with the ProSDK. I have included all like in the README.md is written. But when I start the App I get following log but my iPad is only Beeping. And reading is not possible. I get this log:

What are I#m doing wrong? Can you help me please? I need this very urgent and a tutorial I can’t find.

Hi Alexander, from reviewing your last order with us I noticed that you purchased the Murata Magicstrap tags along with your FloBLE Plus. These tags are very small and their geometry makes it difficult for the FloBLE Plus to activate it. Do you happen to have any other ISO14443A/B tags available to test with?

Here’s a video tutorial of the steps to install and build an app with the Flomio SDK.. check to see that you’ve followed all the steps correctly:

Finally, as a sanity you we can send you our internal Test application via TestFlight. Just send us your Apple ID to info at flomio dot com and we’ll share that.

Hi Richard,
thanks for answering. You have in the video Version 2.0 of the SDK only is only the version 1.9. Additionally I get when I build the project every time over 40 warnings from your SDK. But I have done all like written in the readme.md. Furthermore my iPad beeps when I start the app. This is only when I change the reader settings.

Have you a link for the Version 2 SDK?

I’ will send you a mail so you can invite me to test flight.

The latest version for the Flomio SDK is always available on this link. What iPad model are you using? Not all iPads support Bluetooth4.0 which is required for the FloBLE Plus to operate. What NFC tags are you testing with? Can you record a video showing the steps you are taking so that we can properly troubleshoot this issue?
