Hello,

I have received my order 75036 – 2016/10/24 and the FloJack is not working. I have read all possible info on blog and forum and tried all the advises available, but the device seems to be defective. How to proceed an claim?

Try the Test Application I just sent you via TestFlight and let me know results.
