FloJack BZR not recognized by any of my devics

I received my FloJack BZR roughly a week ago and none of my iPads on iOS 9, 10, or 11 can detect the reader in NFC_Actions or ACS Mobile. ACS Mobile will give a Warning Reader Removed message but when plugged back in it says the Card reader not detected.
