I got a note from you over the weekend and attempted to fill out the exchange form 3 times. I never got any feedback. I sent a return email and still did not hear anything.
I want to return my Flojack and exchange it for a FloBLE. My order number was 3204.
What do I need to do to make sure I will get a FloBLE when available?

I am growing very concerned at your lack of customer service and lack of a usable product.
If your customers are a burden, just ignore us and we will go away!
Once again, I will try to get some information regarding the exchange of my defective FloJack.
I received my FloJack and immediately figured out it would not work. After several months, you admitted that the Flo-Jack would not work and began development of a new device.
I received an email from you 3 weeks ago and in the note I clicked a link to fill out a “FloBLE-for-FloJack Exchange Form”. I tried numerous times to fill out the form and never did get the “automatic receipt email to include with your FloJack return package.”
I then posted my issue here and have yet to receive a response from you. I sent an email with no response. All I want is a working product I paid for over a year ago.
I wish I had never purchased a FloJack.
Could your please at least acknowledge my concern?
I take it that you do not care enough to respond in any manner.
Hi Glenn, I just saw this thread. Not sure how it went unserved but I will attempt to rectify that now. From what I can tell, we shipped you a FloJack v2 on December 2, 2014:
