FLomio Audio Jack ACR35

I am using the ACR35 with the test application on the iOS APP store. My iPad Pro and iPod does not react when trying to write or read an RFID bracelet. Is there a firmware I should be downloading? All devices are charged and connected properly. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Johnnathan, our test application for the ACR35 is available via TestFlight and not on the App Store. More info here.
