Hello,
I purchased the Pro SDK hoping to make it work with an ACR1255U-J1 that I purchased on amazon. – After buying I see that you do not support readers that you have not registered the serial number to. I am getting an error with the test application on iOS “Error: Optional(Error Domain=com.acs.Bluetooth.ErrorDomain Code=1002 “The reader is not found.” UserInfo={NSLocalizedDescription=The reader is not found.})”
I have swapped the basic SDK with the pro version that I received, but it is the same result. Can you provide me support?
Thanks
Tanner
Any body out there? I need assistance getting this working. Or if it is not possible I need to return the SDK as it will not help me if I cannot use it with existing readers.
Thanks
Tanner
Hi Tanner,
Sorry for the delayed response.
This does not look like it’s because we have not registered the readers serial number.
The error domain is suggesting it’s a problem from the ACS driver. Make sure you’re not initializing our SDK more than once. Here is the correct configuration for our SDK. flomio-sdk-ios
FYI: You can buy licenses for your readers to be used with our Basic SDK.

I’m running into the same exact issue (using an Amazon ACR1255U-J1 with the Pro SDK). Tanner, were you able to resolve this in the end?
Hi Ben, no, we worked on it for quite a while but gave up on the Flomio SDK. I had our developers build our own implementation for iOS. It is not perfect, but it meets our needs.
Oh, that’s too bad! Thanks for the update though. Did you open source your implementation? I’ve been playing with the ACS SDK a little bit—if I can’t get Flomio running this week, I’ll have to roll up my sleeves and break out the hex editor!
Same issue exists in flomio cordova plugin. How can we fix this? Our company is considering purchasing the PRO sdk but if the issue exists in PRO also this does not make any sense.
