Flomio Samsung S4 or Iphone 5 APP Problem

Hello,
I download NFC Action App and try to use it on my phones (samsung s4 and iphone 5), but it is no possible to read tags.
I am sure that I connected corretly the FloJack because the green led is on.

Do you have instructions?

The NFC Actions app on the App Store hasn’t been updated yet to work with our latest FloJack v2 hardware. To make sure your device is functioning, you can follow the FloJack Setup Guide.
