Flomio scanners don't connect when in close proximity

Hey guys,

We have a regular occurrence that 1 or more flomios will not connect to an iPad using the custom app you created for us if they are close together.

This is intermittent and random, but causes serious production issues.

We are using the setting to enable each iPad to connect to a specific flomio, however even if we allow it to connect to ANY flomio it still will not connect.

Since you have closed our slack channel I am opening this issue here.

BIG production issue.

Please advise on what we can do.

Hi Matt,

Sorry you are having issues, very strange.
Do you have anything that can help me reproduce the issue? Logs during it happening / steps to reproduce it when running from Xcode would suffice. Have you found any way of fixing the issue when it happens?

I’m not sure how to reproduce consistently. It’s intermittent which makes it really frustrating. But, the client can have a terminal offline for days at a time before the reader decides to connect.

If I have to, I will run a debug version of the app, and capture the logs.
