It is crazy to me that you would advertise “It’s the mighty FloJack. The one you read about. That jolly disruptive lolli-pop-tech-culture IT gadget, that brings the power of NFC to iPhones, iPads and iPod touches, courtesy of Flomio.” Then after I buy the product that and try to use it you tell me that you “have released the Flomio SDK in beta for customers that have purchased more than $1200 in products from us.” I purchased a product to use, not a product that is useless. I shouldn’t have to give you another $1140 to make your product work. Not to mention the hours I spent trying to make it work, I would appreciate if you could contact me directly.

Hey Skylar, I’m sorry our marketing copy mislead you. That wasn’t our intention. The FloJack is definitely a powerful piece of hardware that meets the description but the software is still left to developers to build. With all the plug-and-play products out on the market, it’s frustrating that we have still not reached that level. We’re well aware of it and we will get there. It will just take some time.

We take our commitment to customers very seriously and hope we can meet your expectations. However, if you’re not willing to wait and rather try a different solution, then you can ship the FloJack back for a full refund. The return instructions are on the packing slip included with your shipment. We don’t have the staff to contact customers directly so we prioritize the Forums as our main channel for customer support.
