Getting an enhanced certificate

Hello,

I’ve got a popular open source library called dotnet-passbook, which generates pkpass files and I’ve been asked by a couple of users to add NFC support. I’ve reached out to Apple and requested an NFC certificate.

Did you apply through the normal channel? I’m curious if you have any advice on how to bag an enhanced certificate. I’m also interested in supporting the personalisation process too.

Any tips or pointers would be very welcome!

Hi Tomas, getting an NFC certificate is a long and exhaustive process. We’ve setup passninja.com for those that are interested in exploring NFC passes in the interim.
