Hello,

I am Carlos de Laguno, a senior Marketing student from (Malaga, Spain) really passionate about my major.
I just will submit this email through the online application too just to make sure you got it.

Currently, but only until this May, I am in Atlanta (USA) as an exchange student studying part of my degree.

During my whole student and professional life, I’ve been able to live in many different countries that have enriched me in many different ways.
The first of them was United Kingdom, where I’ve been working as an intern in different companies for short periods of one month during various summers. Here I was able to discover SEO, and Online Marketing in an European environment.
After that, I moved to the Netherlands, my first long stay in a foreign country. Holland, great business people historically, gave me the opportunity to get in touch with many different people from all over the world what provided me with my first global vision of Marketing.
Such adrenaline was too excited to stop there so after this experience I decided to try myself in Asia, this time in South Korea: tech capital of the world. Amazing! I never thought this country could make me fall in love as it did. There I had amazing experience, singular people and, the most important, an whole new perspective that came to change all my standards. Was such the experience that after my exchange student program I made all that was in my hands to stay there for longer. Even though it was not an easy task, I managed to stay there working in a Korean Startup that thought me about Growth Hacking and low-budget Marketing. The time to come back arrived and, as a Marketing student there was an almost mandatory place I could not skip: USA, where Marketing as we know nowadays was made.
4 Months ago I arrived to Atlanta to complete my studies in Marketing touching very interesting topics as entrepreneurship and creativity. Here I saw how this big empire develops in its everyday life. Definitely a whole new perspective different from what I used to have in Europe.

Now, and with all this experiences, I am looking for new horizons, new opportunities to get to know more about marketing and start my professional life in an international environment, and Miami is a perfect place for that. It brings international environment and best startups all together creating a great atmosphere and ideas. This is why I contact you. I would love to enjoy from the core of a company all related to Marketing such as Strategy, Online reputation, Big Data, CRM, Online Marketing, Customer experience… There are actually many areas I am interested in.
