Hello Hsin, you preordered a Flojack and we still have not received all the production pieces to begin shipping out orders. The first batch of FloJacks is in route from our factories but it won’t arrive until Friday Miami, Florida time. Once we receive the parts we will begin assembling them immediately and send them out as soon as possible. We will be serving customers in a First Come First Server fashion so since you’re order was not received until June 16th, 2013 you have 500 or so orders in front of you.
