How long to get an Apple NFC Cert?

Is there any contact number for Apple where we can get status of our NFC Cert request? It seems that their request form is simply a contact us form as far as I can see with no feedback whatsoever.

Hi Rob,

Unfortunately not. We’ve had quite a few customers experiencing the same issue. They eventually will respond but the time you have to wait is not clear at all.
