Hi Fernando, thanks for the interest. We sell our products through our web site and fulfill them 5 days after orders are placed. We use US Postal Service as our primary shipping provider and send orders via their Priority International service. This promises to deliver within 6 to 10 business days but from our experience, this estimate has been inaccurate due to delays occurring during customs processing at destination countries. For instance, recently an order placed by a customer in Germany did not arrive until over a month after it was ordered because it was stuck in customs waiting for import duties to be paid.

FedEx International service is more expensive but they are better at overcoming customs issues and getting shipments to their destinations in more accurate time. If you’d like to upgrade to FedEx service you’ll need to PayPal us $120 to info at flomio dot com and referencing your order number. Please do this immediately after placing your order so that we don’t make the mistake of shipping it out via USPS.
