Please double check this order, I think you’re using stripe as payment processor.
During check out. I filled out the form, hit pay by CC, a window comes from your payment provider. I have an account already with them. I hit OK, the green check mark appeared indicating successful charge.
That window disappeared, the form refreshed on your site and gave me an error ‘Account with this email already exists’
I had to sign in, then try again.
Though I have sneaky suspicion I was already billed before and you simply rejected the sign up form due to existence of account.
Please refund the duplicate charge if that is the case.
