Hey Tom, we often build custom solutions for our enterprise customers. We’ve put our NFC/BLE reader electronics in all sorts of enclosures both for iPhones and iPads. Here are a couple that we’re currently working on:
On the right is an iPhone6 battery pack case we purchased on Alibaba that we took apart and fit our PCB (printed circuit board) into. Wiring up the power is all that’s left. This allows the charging system of the battery pack to work in partnership with our FloBLE electronics. A cost effective approach for small proof-of-concept batches that our customers often need to grow their business.
On the left is a couple wristband embodiments, allowing for events and access control applications via a wearable accessory.
