I bought the ACR1255U-J1 recently. I used it on a windows 10 Operating system platform with the aid of ACS Bluetooth Device Management and ACS QuickView tools (see Win10 platform.png). It connects fine and responds appropriately.
However, I have issues using the BLE Test app on Android phones’ Infinix X693 and Samsung Galaxy Grand Plus. The referred phones use Android version 11(Red Velvet Cake) and Android version 6.0.1(Marshmallow), respectively. The ACR1255U-J1 device fails to connect to the two phones.
I have visited the relevant website having the link: https://www.acs.com.hk/download-manual/7665/USR-ACR1255U-J1-1.05.pdf. I have religiously adhered to the steps illustrated in the screenshots depicted in the User Manual of ACR1255U-J1 (P.26 – P.27).
I have gone through other related documents, and none has helped to address the issue.
