License not authenticating

Hi I have the ACR35 reader, using the SDK v2.2 with the appopriate adjustments to the XCode project as per the README instructions. I am however unable to use the reader as each time I run the app the console message shows that is attempting to be authenticated but just hangs. The device has a stable connect to the internet and here is the log message in the console.

Hi Reece, you need to purchase a Flomio SDK basic license. These licenses come with the Flomio readers (FloJack BZR/MSR, FloBLE Plus/EMV/Mini) but not the OEM readers.
