I apologize if this was answered already but I can’t find any reference on this forum. I noticed in your videos that you are using 3 NFC Patch Antenna as a one application.
Do you sell this solution casing or the connector that allows to extend to 3 or more antennas ?We recently received our test kit with one band aid and 2 antennas but we can’t get it to work with the Nexus 10 tablet. Please see below an image with our setup, is there any troubleshooting that can be done as we love this concept and I see that it works for other users so I would like to learn what we are doing wrong as both antennas won’t work.

Thank you for your help !!
June 10, 2014 at 6:26 pm #6099Hi Cristian, seems we made a mistake with your order and sent you the NFC Patch kit for the Nexus 7 and not the Nexus 10. We have yet to design the Patch for the Nexus 10 so will have to send you a hand made one while we get that done. It will work well enough for testing but you’ll need the production unit for regular use. Also the maximum number of antennas that we can support is 3. This post explains the setup in more detail.
Please send back the unit you have and we will send you a replacement right away. Mail it to:
Flomio, Inc.

Miami, FL 33127thanks and sorry for the inconvenience.
June 11, 2014 at 12:54 pm #6105Thank you for your quick feedback. We only need to do some pre production tests now therefore the hand made version should do the job. Do you have an estimated time frame for when the final version of Nexus 10 will be ready ?
Can we purchase the 2×3 receptacle from you so we can extend the band to 3 NFC Antennas ? thank you for letting me know 3 antennas should be sufficient for our application.June 17, 2014 at 9:51 pm #6117The Nexus 10 design is on hold pending sufficient market demand. These haven’t sold as well as the others so we will continue to manually produce them until it makes sense to shift.
The 1-to-3 receptacle is not something that we sell. It was something that we developed for an NFC tag company’s demo. We can make one for you but it will take a few hours at our $150/hr consulting rate. If you’re still interested, send an email to info@flomio.com citing this thread and we’ll get an invoice out to you.
July 28, 2014 at 12:37 pm #6646Hi Richard,

This was received on your side on 06/24/2014 and we never heard or received any feedback from you since.
I would appreciate if you can please let me know when are you planning to ship the correct parts to us.
Thank you for your helpJuly 30, 2014 at 5:25 am #7057Hi Gheorghe, we received the return but never received the email regarding the 1-to-3 receptacle you were interested in adding to the order. Currently the Nexus 10 NFC Patch is built and tuned by hand so it forces us to break from our normal product development and fulfillment routine. Given delays in our development cycle, we’re not going to able to get to your order for a couple weeks. Since this is not a pre-order item, we can offer you a full refund if you wish. Send an email with info@flomio.com with your order number and make reference to this post and we’ll process the refund immediately.
thanks and sorry for the inconvenience.
July 31, 2014 at 8:35 pm #7367Hi Richard,
I will follow your directions and go with the refund route then, it doesn’t seem that we will get a Nexus 10 patch anytime soon. As a friendly recommendation you should probably remove the option to pick the Nexus 10 from the product page as this quick update would have saved us both the time and effort through the process. Thank you for your support on this forum though, I appreciate your help.July 31, 2014 at 10:38 pm #7385Gheorghe, thanks for the feedback. I’ve taken down the Nexus 10 Patch Kit availability. As entrepreneurs we’re constantly trying to push the envelope to find market demand where possible. At times this means testing different variants to see what is viable. Seem the Nexus 10 Patch Kit didn’t reach that threshold. Sorry for the inconvenience.
