I have never received the following order – Order: 56963
Please can you help!
Hi Joe, sorry for the trouble with your order. We shipped it using the USPS Priority Mail International since it’s the cheapest service available but the tracking information is limited while the package exits the United States. Your shipment tracking information can be seen here:

The last tracking entry was that your package left the United States on October 22nd, 2016. International packages should not take more than 10 business days from reaching their destination which means your package is either lost or being returned to us because of failed delivery. Whichever the case, we are willing to ship you another package via FedEx for a charge of $120. You can send us this payment via PayPal to info at flomio dot com. Please make sure to reference your order number in the description section of your payment.
